今年2月に他界されました美術家・合田佐和子さんを追悼する展覧会を開催いたします。
合田佐和子は、1940年高知生まれ、武蔵野美術学校在学中より制作していたオブジェ作品を瀧口修造に認められ、その後、油彩、写真、映像、舞台美術などにその才能を発揮し、マルチアーティストとして60年代以降の日本のアートシーンにおいて独自の足跡を残しました。その業績をあらためて記憶に留めていただきたく、油彩、写真、鉛筆画、版画など多彩な作品で振り返ります。
