高松ヨク展

高松ヨクは、1945年北海道生まれ、桑沢デザイン研究所でデザインを学ぶ。
古典技法をベースにした独特な深い透明感のあるマチエールと、エルンストやコーネルらのシュルレアリスム作品に影響を受た幻想的、魔術的コンポジションは、観る者を異世界に惹き込む強い魅力を放っています。
今回の個展は、急逝から一年、画家・高松ヨクの遺した珠玉の作品29点を展示いたします。

Yoku Takamatsu was born in Hokkaido in 1945 and studied design at the Kuwasawa
Design School. Applying a classic painting technique, he was able to achieve
a unique translucent effect, and producing fantastic and magical compositions
which catapulted viewers into another world with their charismatic charm
which reflected the influence of the surrealism of Ernst and Cornell among
others. This exhibition, being held a year after the artist Yoku Takamatsu’s
sudden passing, will show 29 works which are truly gems of the legacy of
the artist.
